Class Schedule:
- Wednesday: 9.15 – 10.45 am
- Friday: 9.15 – 10.45 am (Slow Paced)
- Saturday: 8.00 – 9.30 am
Our Friday morning slow-paced class is open to all and is especially suitable for older students or those managing illness or injury. This class focuses on gentle, mindful movements that promote healing and relaxation.
Location:
Classes are held at Kawana Guide Hall, 54 Iluka Ave, Buddina, opposite Talinga Street. Our new location provides a serene and comfortable space, perfect for your practice.
Pricing:
- $23 per class
- $210 for a 10-class pass
- $20 per class (Seniors, concessions, students)
- $180 for a 10-class pass (Seniors, concessions, students)

Payments can be made by cash or direct deposit. Please use your name as the reference when paying by direct deposit.
